1. Salary as per Industry Standards
2. Medical Insurance
We’ll provide you with group health medical insurance, and depending on your role and salary grade, you may include cover for your dependents at a premium that will be deducted from your monthly salary.
3. Employment Provident Fund
We’ll contribute 12% of your gross salary excluding HRA every month in to your Employee Provident Fund account.
4. Leaves
We value your physical health and mental wellbeing, and understand the importance of taking breaks from work and We encourage our teams to rest when they need to. We offer every year an Annual Leave of 18 days, Casual Leave of 6 days and Sick Leave of 6 days.
5. End Of Service Benefits
Once you complete one year of service, you’ll be eligible for an end of service benefits. This is a guaranteed gratuity based on your basic salary and calculated for every year you’ve worked with us.
